Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Fries: FAQs

➡ Can I make these fries without an air fryer?

Yes, while the air fryer produces excellent results, you can also bake these fries in a conventional oven. Preheat the oven to 375° F. Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Then turn the oven up to 425° F. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.

➡ How do I store leftovers?

If you have any leftovers (though they’re usually devoured quickly!), store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat them in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain their crispiness.

➡ Can I use pre-cut frozen fries for this recipe?

Absolutely! If you’re short on time, feel free to use frozen fries instead of cutting your own potatoes. Just follow the instructions on the package for cooking, then toss them with the garlic butter and parmesan as directed in the recipe.

➡ Can I adjust the seasoning to suit my taste preferences?

Of course! Feel free to experiment with different seasonings or adjust the quantities to suit your taste. You can add more garlic for an extra punch or sprinkle on some chili powder for a spicy kick.

➡ How do I prevent the fries from sticking to the air fryer basket?

To prevent sticking, make sure to coat the fries evenly with olive oil before cooking. You can also lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to create a non-stick surface.

➡ Can I make these fries ahead of time for a party?

While these fries are best enjoyed fresh and crispy, you can prepare the garlic butter in advance to save time. Simply reheat the fries in the air fryer just before serving to ensure they’re nice and crispy.

➡ How can I get extra crispy fries?

If you want extra crispy fries, soak your cut fries in cold ice water for 30 minutes to remove some of the starch. Make sure they are completely dry before adding your ingredients.
